* Watch will be dispatched after getting confirmation from Customer on CALL.
* If a customer fails to answer confirmation call, order will not be dispatched.
* Courier won't allow you to check first and pay on our parcels, if you have trust issues then don't order until and unless you can trust us.
* 3 days reporting time for return/exchange if you have any concerns regarding anything report us back within 48 to 72 hours after receiving.
* Return/Exchange policy will not be applied if the watch has been used and any wrapping is removed from the watch.
* Customer will have to send the watch first through TCS/Leopards to our office we will examine first and then move further for refunding or exchanging.
* If your order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability. We won't send any order in future until the customer prepays first.
* Your watch contains 1 year machine warranty. Any physical damage or color damage is not included in warranty, yet you may send it to us we will fix it.
